Welcome Garpo. I’ll be 61 this fall. Physician prescribed TRT.
What kind of treatment does he have you on if you don't mind me asking?
What kind of training are you and other old guys doing? I have only been doing cardio the past few years but thinking about lifting weights again once I get started on some testosterone.
I do 150 mg. of test per week. I split it into (2) 75mg. injections and the injections are sub-cutaneous.
I lift about 4x a week.
If you don’t mind, is yours doctor prescribed?
My dr is VA and I am currently having a hard time getting any kind of TRT treatment or prescription from them so I am on my own right now.
200mg evevy 2weeks split 100mg test-C 100mg test-E
Lift three times a week and hard cardio five days a week
Will also start HCG after my labs
I saw you posted on the hormone replacement thread. Lots of great and very knowledgeable guys! Plus the weekend is slow, so you’ll get lots more valuable advice this week I’m sure.

You’re going to love it here, welcome again.
70mg test cyp every 3.5 days, 250iu HCG twice a week, NAC 600mg a day, 12.5mg Exemestane daily. I lift one muscle group a day starting with the largest muscle and working down with a dedicated ab day in there. I also do cardio 3-4 times a week. How much I lift, reps, sets etc .... varies depending on my current goal.
The VA will not do HRT. I was at total test of 290 (300 Min for this lab) and they wouldn't do anything. So I went to my regular doc.
Yes as far as i have read you maybe the oldest here???? I will be 58 in July.
Garpo welcome to the forum. Take some time and read the "Best Practices" thread at the top of the TRT Forum. You really need to change your protocol. You'll feel and do much better with a modern protocol.Quote:
