Looking for some advice I am 43 years old been training most of my life, eat fairly clean and drink alcohol once per month. I am looking to put on 4-5kgs and lose body fat. I have done various prohormone cycles over time and did first Test e.cycle

500 Test E wk 1-12 (split twice per week)
50 anavar each day week 8-14,
1000 HCG per week 3-12
3IUs HGH (been on one year).
PCT Clomid and Nova

On cycle support
Now ADAM Men's Multi
Now fish oil 2g EPA 750 & DHA 480

Off cycle
Gym once per week
90 mins 11 aside football (cover around 8-9KM)
One hour Muay thai training

On Cycle
Gym 2 or 3 times per week
90 mins 11 aside football (cover around 8-9KM)
One hour Muay thai training

Results
I went from 82Kg 14% fat to 88KG 10% in body machine last cycle ending in April.

I gotten done before and after cycle
Liver was slightly raised. I have done another test today and Liver ALK Phos has come down from170 to 125 just outside normal range.
Thyroid I have an overactive thyroid which means i keep fat off
WBC is a little low

Feedback on the cycle?
Any suggestions for my liver? cut out orals?
