Which is better PCT i have read numerious statements that say they cause the same effects for the most part and mg for mg nolva is better lower dose and cheaper. What are your opinions on the matter?

What you've heard is wrong and is commonly strewn about around the boards. The rare studies that show nolva as even being slightly superior (for our purposes) are at doses and durations that are completely impractical for pct. Clomid is much more efficient at boosting LH and therefore test. Read Pheedno's and LMR's posts above.

Which is better apples or oranges... Nolvadex and clomid do different things, nolvadex is a good anti-e and clomid is a good test booster.

Again. one is not better that the other. Both are needed and the most important of the two is the clomid. It is needed to raise natural test production ( LH level )

It all depends on your cycle. But you def need nolvadex and clomid for pct.

would it be possible to take clomid to raise natural test levels even though not on gear. just curious?

Yes clomid has been given to increase sperm counts in infertile males, ie:test boost but very mild.
