    Nolva and arimidex?

    cycle:

    1-10 test E 500 mg/we
    1-4 dbol 50 mg ed

    would you recommend taking nolva or arimidex during the cycle such as 10 mg ed, or just keep it on hand in case signs of gyno occur? Also will this help or hurt in gains in anyway, such as losing a lot of gains when coming off after cycle. thanks
