my PCT is ending, help please

i am in my second week of 20 mgs nolva ed and 100 mgs clomid ed, trib 6 g's ed, after my three week clomid therapy, should i run nolva 20mgs ed and arimidex .25mg's ed for two weeks after clomd, i want to prevent the rebound affect, would i need to run those 2 after clomid, and how long should i do that for?

I do it but for only 7 more days......... a lot of guys don't do this but IMO it's a good idea

thanks for the reply, so the next day after my last clomid, i am going with .25 mgs l dex and nolva, should i do 10 mgs or 20, i have no gyno,
