Help with PCT...

Just a quick question, I am doing a cycle as follows..

Weeks 1-4 10mg ED of M1T
Weeks 1-4 400mg ED of 4Derm
Weeks 1-4 1500mg ED of Hawthorn Berry Extract

PCT
This is were i am a little confused on what to do, all I have is Nolvadex (can't get clomid) an 6 oxo, how do I spit this up durng my PCT. Or should I not even take the 6 oxo (just heard it was bunk). Also I have Flax Seed Oil and Milk Thisle. Thanks in advance.

Is 4Derm a steroid? That a supplement you buy at GNC or is that a topical steroid? Actually it's both a prohormone topical solution. Isn't it?

I dont see any need for PCT here. Also, even if you were doing a cycle. 4 weeks of a cycle is not a cycle. More of a waste of time and a negligent effort to unbalance your hormones.

This is not the place for this post. Take this to the supplement forum and I would be embarassed posting this because it is very clear you do not know what you are doing. I think one of the stickies in the educational forum was do your research before you ask. Right?
