PCT help

I'm about to start my PCT...
My cycle looked like this
wk 1 - 11 500mg test
wk 1 - 10 350 mg nandrolone
wk 7 - 11 50 mg winny
wk 4 - 11 10 mg nolva ED

Test and Nandrolone were prop/EOD injections so I'm starting PCT 2 days after last test shot...does this look ok?

day1 - 200mg clomid/20mg nolva
day2 - 100mg clomid/20mg nolva
day3 and remainder of 4 week PCT:
50mg clomid ED/20mg nolve ED

If the test you're runing is Prop then you need to extend the test out at least 2 more weeks past the deca if not a little more..... The winny should have been ran past the deca about the same way as the prop.

PCT will start 3 days after last Prop injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / Vitamin B6 200mg
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / Vitamin B6 200mg
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / Vitamin B6 200mg

The nandrolone is prop though (not deca ). I can go a week longer if need be.

Nandrolone phenylprop or some****.
It's home brew that my buddy cooked up...I inject EOD so I assumed it would be out after 2 days.

Is this what it was nandrolone phenylpropionate? If so it's deca that get's into your system a lot faster. I don't know what the half-life is but I will look or someone else my chime in on this.
