    clomid/nolva, split doses or take all at once?

    Do you guys split your doses or take your pct drugs once a day?

    It actually might be of some benefit to split the Nolva dose. I read in the PDR that its initial half-life is 7-14 hours with secondary peaks 4 or more days later. This might keep you 1/2life or above for more of the day. Just a thought. Correct me if I am wrong.

    Once-and the scientific basis for this is? The PDR says morning and evening. But what the hell do DOCTORS know?

    A dose of 20 mg tamoxifen produces peak plasma concentrations aprrox. 5 hours after dosing, but the decline in plasma concentrations of tamoxifen is biphasic. The terminal half-life is 5-7 days so splitting he dose is not necessary
