Just finished Cycle.. PCT questions.

Hi, i just finished my cycle of 500mg week Test E, and 400mg week EQ yesterday. I did the Test 12 weeks and the EQ 11. I have clomid and nolvadex for PCT. My question is when do i start to take them... I think it is 2 weeks after my last TEST E shot.. which was yesterday, but im just posting asking to make sure. Do i take them at the same time or do i start the nolva now or what>> im not all that sure on PCT but here is what my friend told me to do.
>NOVA 60mg day 1, 40mg day two, then 20mg 3-11 and 10mg day 12-21
>Clomid: 300mg day 1, 200mg 2, 100mg 2-11, 50mg 12-21

THis is what my friend told me to do but he was on TEst PROP/Tren... so should i do something different since i did TEST E? or is this oK?

if you dont have gyno run 20 mgs nolva ed throughout pct, and start clomid 14 days after last enth shot, i do clomid 300 mgs day 1 and 100 mgs ed for 30 days, start the nolva immediately

thanks for the help... i have no signs of gyno as of now so ill just do 20 mg day for the entire pct cycle.
