pct question need quick answer.

i have just finished my
eq,prop cycle last injection today and i stopped them both at the same time.
should i start pct in 3 days for the prop or 21 for the eq?
i realise why i should have stopped the eq earlier.

Run the prop and maybe a little winny for another 3 weeks to give the EQ time to leave the body (about 3 weeks). If I want to be clean at the end of cycle, I stop long acting gear 3 weeks before end of cycle and finnish off with prop and winny, If your due to come off on the monday stop the prop on thurs just to be safe and the winny on sat, clean for mon. Respect

Yep, run the prop all the way till the eq clears.

Stop the EQ 3 weeks before the prop.

I run PCT the day after my last prop shot, but you can wait 3 days if you want.
