I've purchased my supplies and noticed they don't come with directions for use (understandable), well except the note that says, "Not for human consumption" :rolleyes: . I'm guessing the answer is just a simple yes or no.

they must have given u a syringe or a dropper with your bottles , if so measure 1ml and put it on your tongue and swallow it , u can chase it with water or juice if its not the flavoured one !Quote:
