Sore nip question,little marble

Got this sore little marble when i press on my nip,no puffiness.Would Letro or Tamox which of the 2 is better for this prob,was going to do tamox 40mg/day.Thanks gix

Nolva will get rid of the soreness, but won't get rid of the lump.

nolva at your suggested dosage should work. I get this little lump occasionaly also and I usually run nolva for 5-7 days and it goes away. If it is anymore sore and I dont catch it I run letro and nolva together. Letro is a stronger AI and an upgrade of the brother arimidex. Arimidex would probably be more suggestable because Letro is so strong reports have shown it can inhibit your lipid panel.
