First Cycle PCT Questions

This is my first cycle ever, I am 5'9" and 175 lbs.
I'm taking 500 mg test/enan for 12 weeks.
I am getting Liquidex and Clomi from ARR.
How much of each do I take, and how long after my last injection?
All opinions are greatly appreciated.

u also need nolva, l dex isnt totally necessary for that cycle
1-12 enth 500 mgs ew
1-12 nolva 10 mgs ed
14-18 clomid 100 mgs ed 30 days
12-18 nolva 20 mgs ed

My only other concern about the nolvadex is that my friend can only get 1 order of it. Would it help or just be a waste if we were to split it because its all we can get at the moment.

Cant find any nolva on AR-R, just the LiquiDex.

Will Liquidex work just as well ?
