I would double the dose of Nolva and continue that through pct.

start PCT the day after your last winstrol pill or shot(it will be 2 weeks after last test e shot) and bump the nolva up to 20mg ED...
and .25mg of nolva won't do sh!t. try 10mg ED throughout cycle

As said above, take between 40-50mg of nolva a day throughout and after the cycle. If its a long lasting ester of test like TE, SUST, TC, etc, then I usually wait nearly a month before starting to take the clomid. That way I know that the test has truly cleared my body.

you're overdoing the nolva bud...40-80mg if you start getting sore nips maybe...
