First cycle, first pct

Hi guys !
My next and first cycle :
350mg/week of test E during 12 weeks
I'm french and a little bit lost with all the products in pct: nolvadex, hcg, clomid etc..... Please, can you tell me what should be the safest pct for me ?
Should I take nolva DURING the cycle, or another product ?
Important, I'm 41 and this will be my first cycle

Keep the Nolvadex on hand during the cycle in case you get symptoms of gyno.
18 days after your last Test E shot do this

Day 1 300mg Clomid
Day 2-12 100mg Clomid ED
Day 13-31 50mg Clomid ED

Day 1-31 Nolvadex 20mg ED
