i have these and when u use them its such a small about of liquid its hard 2 swallow so do u just swallow as much as u can then the excess on ur tongue,tongue on2 ur gums??

well I've never had trouble with it. I just take a 3cc syringe, measure how much I need (with no pin) stick it to the back of my mouth/throat and then just shoot the liquid down my throat. Then drink a glass of water or grapefruit juice or something.

i mix mine in a glass of juice to mask the taste and drink it.
