I'm not quite sure what pct is??? Wow, I would have got burned for that one... no seriously, I am starting my pct today... I want to take full advantage in this 21 day period and make sure my gains do not diminish and I am training and eating to the fullest potential to keep my physique. What are some quick pointers you all can suggest as far as maintenance? ie.. keeps fats higher, don't train as often... blahblahblah... no need to write out a training program for me, I just want to hear some quick pointers from everyone. Thanks!
