PCT for 14 weeker of dbol sust deca and winstrol

What PCT do i need for a 14 week cycle of 500mg sust and 400mg deca, also run Dbol for 5 week and im running winny for 1 week at week 14 and 1 week at week 15 after i stop the sust and deca (Then having a week off with nothing as im off on holiday) - i know 2 weeks of winstrol isnt ideal but its the best i can do
Then i was going to run another 2 weeks of winny when i got back intro PCT.

PCT starts 3 weeks after last sust injection right so how much clomid do i need a day and for how long.
