the Nolvadex part isn't clear enough
it should be ran 10 mg/day while on cycle and 20 mg/day while on PCT (u can still do 10mg/day during PCT if u r not as prone to Gyno)

ok i dunerstand. 20mg of nolva ed for 21 days. why it is recommended to double Nolva on the pct? because it is helpful in natural test production?

that's right, plus Estrogen levels still high during PCT.
