Vitamin C for lowering cortisol?
Vitamin C is used PCT to help keep cortisol levels under control, so ive read. I just had a few questions regarding this...
1. Im currently taking 10 grams of vitamin C a day.. is this harmful in anyway as it is a high dose?
2. How effective is vitamin C in keeping cortisol levels down ? as i live in AUS and i can only really get my hands on this supp to help with cortisol
3. Whens the best time to take the vitamin C ?
