I am in my 5th week of a Deca /Test E cycle (12 weeks total).

I have been taking Nolva @20mg a couple of times a week. I have read on this board to only take Nolva if needed but I have also read to take it daily while on cycle? Which is better? This is my first cycle.


I was wondering if I should start taking Liquidex daily now instead? I just got some today. Which is better to prevent gyno this late in the cycle?

Can you use Liqiudex for PCT?
