while shrunken on AAS they will not recover because you are causing you hpta to shut down by exogenous hormones.

Will they recover when you come off and you nuts are atrophied? Yes with proper PCT they will go back to normal or even if you didnt follow PCT procedures they would eventually recover on their own IMO.
