M1T PCT issues?

Well my friend up and tried his m1t, of course he didn't take my advice to get Novladex and clomid per NSA M1T faq. He's 6 days into m1t and has decided to stop due to serious pains in his side. I told get the f*ck off his m1t and start his PCT ASAP. But...no novladex and clomid, I do know he's got some stuff called Ultra Hotter. It's an ATD product but I have no knowledge of anyone kickstarting/using this till they can use clomid/novla. Thoughts anyone?

Just have him get some 6 oxo, he'll be fine, he's only been taking it for a week. He may not even need PCT.
