clomid dosage spread out through the day?

should I take my clomid/tamox PCT at one time during the day or space out my dosage through the day. I got the combo from ar.

I take 100mg at one setting. Clomid has a long half life (can't remember exactly how long) so you don't need to divide it up throughout the day.

I believe it's 5 days, and yes Clomid has a long half life and there is no need to split up doses throughout the day

What about splitting nolva? Necessary or no? I'm taking 60mg's right now to clear up gyno symptoms (sorry to hijack)

no hijack bro, I actually was wondering the same question. You are running 60mg to get rid of gyno? I was doing 40 and also wondering the same thing about splitting it up...

You can split it up if you want, I usually take mine before bedtime. So split it up so it reaches your bedtime.

how is 60 and 40mg doing with the gyno, and how bad is ur gyno? im on day 3 of running 100mg to clear up some sensitive lumps and intersted to see how low i should go after 5 days

im not even sure if its gyno its been about the same since high school. Kindy puffy nipples almost like theres air in the areola, maybe some fat deposits deper down. Judst trying the nolva to see if it works...

Could be fat deposit. What is your bf %?

dont know for sure last time I got it checked it was around 11 maybe a little less. Really the only thing chubby on me is my nipples which reallllly bothers me. I can send you a pic or two cause I am not sure of my bf% but im pretty lean.

I'm on day 3 of 60mg nolva to get rid of these itchy nips...(just the left one actually)...it's gotten better but not gone...think I should bump it up? Or keep at it for another couple days? It's not that bad, but it is sensitive and I don't like what it could lead to

if my nips arent sensitive or itchy at all does that rule out gyno and would taking the nolva be pointless???
