PCT for Deca only cycle

I am running 6 weeks of deca -durabolin

1-2week 200mg
3-5week 400mg
6week 200mg

Is the PCT 50mg clomid for 1week enough? if not, how many?

How many calories should I take to keep my gain from catabolic-state?

clomid should be run until hpta is bact to normal, dont set a time-limit on it. ("Deca only cycle is not the best idea", utleast keep the dosage at 400mgs for 8 weeks)

I would go with 100mg of Clomid ED for at 4 weeks or until you have fully recovered.
