How long can you use Arimidex alone

I know, the next question would be why do you just want to use Arimidex alone....

I am taking Avodart(dutasteride) right now, and Nolvadex for my hairloss issues, and Nizoral shampoo.

I have been taking Avodart for almost a year now and it does seem to cause estrogen build up. The Nolvadex helps but only at 40mg daily.

I am understanding that Arimidex is good for inhibiting estrogen, but here is where my question is. How long can one take Arimidex alone for?

I will keep bumping this until I have an answer<---bump whore...lol

I've read where it is used in PCT, at 0.25mg ED for 4 weeks. I, also, read where it is used as a test booster, at 0.5mg ED for 4 weeks. Bump for use during a cycle.
