Im taking 20mg nolva EOD at minute but i may take it ED if i get itchy nipples. I get the odd itch but not the pain and theres no sign of any gyno so hopefully all is good. Im led to believe that you should take it during your cycle only if you need it, itchy and painfull nipples! Others though do take it throughout their cycle as a matter of course. I guess the question is as papi says ARE YOU GYNO PRONE?
