    When to take L-Dex?

    I usually take my Nolva at night before I go to sleep, the L Dex is new to me so I dunno if I should take it in the morning or at night with the Nolva.
    Does it even matter?

    Doesnt matter, just make sure you take it the same time every day. I like to take it all right after my workout.
