    Question All at once?...

    Is it o.k to take the clomid at 100mg ed, all at once before I go to sleep? Just looking for some tips you know. Thanks....

    I would take all the clomid at once, right before you go to bed. I don't know if it helps with emotional sides or not, but I figured that it can't hurt and that has been working for me. Also, adex and nolva all at once but I do those in the morning. Both clomid and nolva have a pretty long half-life, so I wouldn't worry about it.

    when i have used clomid i found it better to take all before bed!
