HCG overkill?

I am going to be running a 12 WK cycle with multiple compounds. At the end of this cycle I will be using Hooker's PCT plan. It seems to make the most sense to me. My question is, I've heard allot about using 500ius x2 /WK throught the cycle to keep your stuff happy. I also believe in this theory to keep things up and running. If I run these 500ius x2 /WK for 12 WKS would it be sufficient? Then follow my PCT with nolva, aromasin , and vitamin E. Minus the HCG . Or include the HCG with PCT. I think this might be overkill. Right?

End the HCG about the time PCT begins. It does not have to be exact, but you don't want your body to think you already have plenty of FSH when you are trying to get it in production again.
