    How do i mix my hcg?

    i got 5000ius of hcg, no instructions. i got one vial of powder and one vial of solution. how do i mix them? i read in one thread that you needed bacteriostatic water.

    the "solution" should be bac. water...add the water to the powder and swirl til disolved...
