is nolvadex cool to take every other day or is the half life so short that every day is necessary? i got 20mg pills and i wanna cut my dosage down to 10mg for the last two weeks thanksss broheims

I would definitely run it ED, just split ur tabs in half man. But I mean if you are lowering the dose than obviously you are not worried about gyno and have not had signs of it yet so quite possibly you dont have to run it at all. I know many people who run cycles with the use of nolva or an AI.

I know some people who use it throughout cycle.

when i run a cycle , which will be my first.
i iwll use .25mg liquidex a day for whole cycle. Then save nolva for signs of gyno and pct.

pct: 6 week
1-2: 60mg nolva, 100mg clomid each day
3-4: 40mg nolva, 50mg clomid each day
5-6: 20mg nolva a day.
also first day of clomid shall be 300mg , then second day at 150mg. then to 100 for remainder.

keep your nolva, dont toss it. you my need it somtime bro.

ummm u guys are a little off here, im already 3 weeks into pct and i did use nolva throughout my cycle cus of the likelihood of gyno, im also on aromasin for my pct so i got my shit covered, they are CAPSULES not tabs so you cant break them in half, does anyone know the half life of tamoxifen that is all im trying to figure out here, thanks

Well you never explained you were on PCT in your original post, so that would have helped. Do nolva ED during PCT it has a very short half life as all orals do. Dont know the exact time but I know its less than a day.

i disagree with all orals being necessary to take ed, winstrol has characteristics that permits eod, does nobody really know the half life of nolvadex ?

Winstrol should always be taken ED, the active life is somewhere in the range of 8 hours man. And although you have not got your half life answer I am telling you that you should take it ED. But I guess you can choose to take or not take this advice.

Nolva should be take everyday, and the last 2 weeks of PCT you should be taking 20 mg ED. Just think about it, its better t be safe than sorry.

yea thats true winstrol 's active life is 8 hours, but due to the fact that it has no negative sides (besides acne and joint pains) it is not necessary to take it on such a regular basis , i have a bodybuilder friend who takes 100mg/eod with better success than 50mg/ed and trust me he has much experience doing it both ways, c bino yes your advice is legit i agree taking anything ed is always better, i just would like to kno if i could get away wit eod without any serious reprecussions since i would rather take it at 10mg/ed for the last two weeks than buy a whole nother bottle just so i can take it at 20mg/ed for the last two weeks, by the way my pct is 7 weeks long for a 15 week cycle so pmorris your a little off here i think taking nolva at 40mg for two weeks followed by 20 for 3 weeks and then 10 for the last two is more than enough, nolva isnt clomid man its much stronger

just for everyones info my pct is planned as follows:

weeks 1-7 nolvadex 40mg/ed then 20 then 10
weeks 1-3 clomid 100mg/ed then 50
weeks 1-5 aromasin 25mg/ed

i also took hcg between last injection and start of pct for a duration of 3 weeks and i am taking ZMA during my pct which from what i have reserached definitely helps in bringing testosterone back to normal levels, i doubt it has the abillity to elevate it above normal levels but thats not what im using it for

thanks c bino for the solid advice, I have solved my problem by bumming a little liquinolva from ar-r that my friend has, its just enough for a week of 10mg not much but im gonna run the nolva 20mg/ed through week 6 and just have one week of 10mg.

Yea this pct works for real , i probably had a week of less than normal testosterone at the most, i havnt lost anything from my cycle except for a little extra estrogenic body fat but even the water weight in my muscles seems to have stayed im wayy psyched my friends say im still gettin bigger even three weeks into pct, im not actually bigger than when i was on cycle but im much more lean and my muscles are wayy cut
