my diet is basically around meat, fish, eggs, rice, fruit, veg aswell as protein shakes and creatine. im 20 by the way not 16 lol and weighin in at 90kg. my main concern is gyno thats why i posted my original thread. my first cycle was only sus for 6 week i wasnt takin large dosages so i wasnt concerned bout gyno or other side affects. all im after is more strength and size so thats why im goin 4 the 6 weeks. also i can get proviron and some of my mates at the gym were sayin that i should use that. how does that compare with nova and clomid??? thanks again
