that is a very light doseage of sus. did you have any good gains? i would start clomid and nolvadex for pct 14 days after cycle end . i take 250 mg's the first day and 100 there after for three to four weeks.

i would use clomid 100mg for 30day's and nolvadex 20mg for 30day's. For your pct
