Should I shake up the AR-R products before ingesting?

I have clomid and nolva from the AR-R site and on the bottom theres sediment from the products. It only makes sense to shake the bottle up before drawing the liquid with the the oral syringe. Does anybody else do this?

i would alway's mix it up but this is just me. Best to make sure your getting an equal dose. What's a few second's shaking it up ?

I would shake it up, as well (if there is sediment at the bottom).
