Please Help

i am unclear as to whether i should use clomid or nolva for pct, as well as the dosages of either.

i am also goin to use something called 6oxo

cycle (i know its rough, but it was a long mistake which i have learned from)

Test E- 20 weeks
Deca - 12 weeks (last 12)

Please please change your cycle or you are going to be screwed. At least cut the deca short of the test by one week or your PCT will be all off. Never run deca to the end of a cycle, you should have known all of this before you started your cycle. Also you started and dont even know how to run PCT, man you really rushed into things, and by the looks of your avatar you really could have waited to start a cycle.

Anyways since I dont want you to totally screw yourself over you should CUT deca at week 19. Then run PCT as follows:

Clomid:
Weeks 1-2: 100mg ed
Weeks 3-4: 50mg ed

Nolva:
Weeks 1-2: 40mg ed
Weeks 3-6: 20mg ed

ive stated in previous posdt that i started my cycle long before i found the site, and therfore was already deep into a long cycle. what exactly could this cycle have done to me, any helo would be appreciated, and thasnk you for the pct help.

Well if you were running deca alone you would start PCT 3 weeks after last shot, Enth you would start 14 days. Now if you are ending them at the same time Im guessing you are gonna start PCT 21 days after last shot, by then the test will be out of your system...not my ideal but Im sure nothing BAD will happen to you. But like I said if you are still on this cycle right now just cut deca one week short of the end.
