    letro conversion

    i ahve a bottle of letro 30 ml 2.5mg/ml
    roughly can anyone tell me how many mg per squirt? this is the bottle sold through lion nutrition on this website

    Each squirt is .1mL, or 1/10 mL. Therefore you would be taking a tenth of the total mL content. So if 1mL gives you 2.5mg 1 squirt will give you .25mg.
