500 mg test enant / week

i want to run 500mg test enant / week so, i have only nolvadex ( i will be in safe place from Gyno with nolvadex only ) :
how much i want to take per day ?

I would say 10-20mg per day.

10mg should be ok,if you feel anything then up it to 20mg

1-3 weeks 10mg
3-10 weeks 20mg

i think that the first 3 weeks the estrogen is not very high

2- if i use 20 mg all the way ( to be safe from gyno ) do u think sir is good .
(C-bino i wuold say 10-20 mg ) plz whiich dose i must do to save me from gyno..
if i can get proviron can he do some thing against the GYNO . ( i am very worry about the gyno man

.. )
and how can i stack proviron with nolvadex .
should i continue proviron even in PCT ( clomid , nolvadex , proviron ) or i stop it the week before the PCT

I can tell you from personal experience that nolvadex with test e didnt do me much good. I bloated up badly. I had the huge estrogen gut, fat face, and high blood pressure all culprits of high estrogen levels. Proviron really brought the estrogen gut under control fast and I lost a little water weight.

I thought, cool proviron is the ticket forget about nolva. Bad choice. A test e and proviron stack caused itching nipples quickly without nolva. So both was the best option I decided.

Those are experiences from my early days. I then got much smarter and used ldex, which took care of just about everything but had to pay close attention to the dose as too much caused my joints to hurt.

Tell you the truth I dont use any of that stuff on cycle anymore. I use test prop as a base which never gave me any trouble.

so its better to use both of them (nolvadex and proviron ) so what is the dose for both of them if i want to run 500 mg enent /week.

its me again so iam in my 3rd week i feel a lot of power so the problem is i feel some pain in my joints especialy in my knees (is this the low VERY LOW estrogen that i have ).

so what should i do iam taking now 50mg proviron and 10mg nolvadex .
should i keep the same or should i drop one of them or by droping the dose .
