1-90 "perfect cycle" by anabolic extreme (this is milk thistle and ALA)



okay so i think im going to make my own caps
each with 100mg clomid, and 20mg nolva
i also want to include some armidex or proviron

starting day 72 i plan to take 2 caps a day for 10 days
then take 1 cap a day for the next 30 days

So for the first 10 days that would be 200mg clomid and 40mg nolva?

the the idea does it sound like too much or too little on either? im thinking of matching the nolva dose with proviron

Nolva is only ever needed at 20mg ED,I would run that the 4 weeks.With clomid the best is to 150mgs/day for 10 days,and decreasing the dose by 50mgs every 10 days days until your are finished at day 30.Would be great to also to add proviron at 50mg ED for your PCT.
