I think all you really need to Nolva and some OTC natty test booster.
Novadex XT (Gaspari) (recommended dosage)

ya thats what tamox is, liquid nolvadex..illl also run clomid with is...but at waht doses for both??? and how long???

also, how would runing liquidex for 4 wks after PCT as a test booster at .5mg ED

Dude your taking it way over the top, I understand some guys are like to make super strict PCT's, but you ran 1 bottle of PP, no big deal,
Nolva @ 20mg ED LIKE STATED ABOVE and Clomid 50-75mg ED

A supplement guru (Macrophage) is saying that nolva can create or make existing gyno worse while using PP or SD.

Go with clomid (SERM) at 100mg and aromasin (AI) at 25mg ED for 4 weeks. The aromasin will not affect your blood lipid levels negatively.

The old-school method was 20mg nolva and 100mg clomid ED for 4 weeks. That's what I ran and I retained all of my PP cycle gains (14lbs) but I did get a slight case of gyno from the PP cycle. Next time, I will try this new PCT.
