So would tamoxifen be a decent pct for a basic dianabol cycle at 20-30mg a day for 6 weeks? Is it even possible for someone to cycle on steroids and actually be ok after the cycle? Meaning all count levels return without the aid of a pct of any sort? Thanks in advance!

Do you rec' stacking these PCTs while on a cycle? I was just wondering beacause I've read things about starting PCTs AFTER a cycle, and I've read things about stacking your PCT DURING your cycle (Later Portion)...Thanks for the advice!!

Thanks stocky! With post like these, I'm learning diet and pct should be sorted out first then build a cycle around them, instead of the other way around. The cycle really isn't worth sh*t if you can't keep some of your gains and/or end up getting sick from it.

wow i read on many forums that nolva helps stop or even in some cases reverse gyno - but here you say that it can actually cause it? i am currently taking letro to get rid of gyno which is working and was hoping to take nolva after its gone to stop the estro rebound effect? what would you suggest? thanks

For those of you wanting to make sure your sperm count and motility are up to par, here are some supplements and research chemicals that can help: Arginine, Zinc, Vitamin C, Coenzyme Q10, Flaxseed Oil, L-carnitine, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, DHEA, Panax Ginseng, Astragalus, Sarsaparilla, and Clomid. This is more of a concern for those wanting to father a child.

Can anyone point some studies which states DHEA improves spermatogenesis or at least doesn't make it worse... I have a bottle of DHEA and would like to increase my libido but want to make sure I don't destroy sperm - you know

I have been running my first cycle and I will need to cycle off shortly. I have run approx. 300mgs of test enathate for 10 weeks and then bumped it up to 500mgs for an additional 10 weeks. Most of the guys I train with never seem to cycle off and don't seem to have any knowledge of proper PCT cycles. Can anyone give me a properly formatted PCT program for the cycle I have been running so I know what and how much to purchase as well as daily breakdown of dosing? I would really appreciate it as I want to make sure I cycle off correctly and with the least amount of "damage" to my physique as possible. Thanks in Advance!

Just reading this thread and it is recommended that a SERM and AI be taken for PCT. Most of the newer recommendations i read are to finish your AI at the end of your cycle and to run Novadex and clomid for PCT.

I realize this is a really old thread but just looking for some clarification on the change of / differing opinions?

Incorrect, pct usually consists of Nolvadex and Clomid. I am not recommending you do this as you haven't mentioned anything about what cycle you are running.
