Another PCT Question

I have just finished my cycle, it was a 13 week cycle. For the 13 weeks it consisted of :

1-8 weeks 60mg turinabol ed
1-13 test e 500 mg week
1-11 EQ 500 mg week

Its been 2 weeks since my last injection and I think its time to do the pct. I have clomid on hand plus nolvadex. How many mg's per day of both and for how long. I also have about 30 tabs of proviron lying around that i didnt use up during my cycle. Dunno if i can use proviron for anything during pct?

14 days after your test e shot start PCT i would run it like this

day's 1-30 100mg of clomid everyday
day's 1-30 20mg of nolva everyday
day's 1-30 (asuming thay a 25mg tabs) 25mg of proviron everyday
