Keeping gains after cycle??
I just finished a cycle and I am starting pct in a week.
Is there anything I can take that will reduce my catabolic muscle state so that I can keep my muscle as well as add some over the next month or so.
I read about clenbuterol and I have read about IGF
and I know the clen is here and available through lion
I do not know much and the more I learn on this board the less I know.
I am not as pumped as I was a ago two weeks when I had my last shot of tren and it has been a week since my last shot of test eth.
I still have most of my gains but I would like to keep what i have and maybe lose more fat.
My diet is good and I do 45 min cardio 5 days a week and I train with weights 5 days a week.
I went in the gym and I can lift just as heavy but I can only lift for about 85% time wise as I could on the cycle.
If someone here could tell me about clen and if I should use it now or just give me advice on keeping the muscle I would appreciate it.
THere is so much to know that goes way beyond just doing the cycle and diet
