How long does HCG need to be refrigerated for before the first use?

I'd hazard to guess no time at all. I'd have a very hard time believing that the cold could somehow magically activate the substances of the mixture. Look, it has to be the same principle as when you make a protein shake: best thing is to ingest it right after mixing it, but if you want to save it for later, you'd better refrigerate it.
