Yes it can. I believe Mudman has a PCT that is like this for a test e cycle:

20mg nolva, 100mg clomid, and 0.5mg arimidex.

Yeah but I read that from anthony roberts that nolva cancels out arimadex

Not sure about that but you should be ok because you were talking about clomid and arimidex.

Nolva can lead to a diminished blood plasma level in some AI's. But I wouldnt be too worried about it anyways. I have used letro and nolva together with great success and have posted several times about studies that show successful co-administration of both as long as you take them at the right times. I personally take the nolva at night and the letro in the morning.
