    Clen Question

    The clen I have is 30mL 200mcg/mL from Lion Nutrition, can someone please help, how many mcg's do I get from one pump, anyone???

    i believe it would be 20mg per pump, 10 pumps to get 1 ml

    I would scrap the pump and go get yourself a childrens oral syringe. or use a syringe with no tip.

    Agreed. I always use an oral syringe because sometimes the pumps do not function properly. This makes it very difficult to get accurate dosing.
