I just started my cycle and am confused...do i start taking my anti-aromatse at the start of the cycle or at the end. IM cycling deca and test cyp please help

Some take it from the beginning of the cycle to combat estrogen related sides. Others wait for sides to occur before using. I would use all through to be on the safe side. You should also use it (or similar) for PCT. Head for the PCT forum for more info.
