Sust PCT Help

Hey guys, I will be doing a relativly mild cycle and need some advice on what PCT drugs I should take and for how long.
Here is my cycle,


Sust 250 Avanar Proviron
WK 1 250 100mg ED 50mg ED
WK 2 500 100mg 50mg
WK 3 500 100mg 50mg
WK 4 500 100mg 50mg
WK 5 500 100mg 50mg
WK 6 500 100mg 50mg
WK 7 500 100mg 50mg
WK 8 500 100mg 50mg
WK 9 500 100mg 50mg
WK 10 500 100mg 50mg
WK11 500 100mg 50mg
WK12 250 100mg 50mg

I am thinking about taking some Arimidex with the cycle. What do you guys think?

You can try the basic PCT of clomid and nolva, 18 days after last shot;

first 2 weeks 100mg/ED clomid, next two weeks 50mg/ED
first 2 weeks 40mg/ED nolva, next two weeks 20mg/ED

I don’t really want to take nolvadex because I have heard that it blocks gains. I was thinking about using Arimidex in the place of nolvadex. Shouldn’t I use the arimidex/nolva during the cycle?

You dont need both during the cycle. I use 0.25mg/ED of letro during, some say its overkill and that l-dex is enough at 0.25mg/ed. Some still use nolva instead too. its up to you, on what works best for you.

Excuse me for my ignorance, but if you are using test don’t you need some kind of estrogen blocker during the cycle? I know Proviron blocks estrogen from binding with your receptors but, isn’t it a little mild for the sust 250? Can I incorporate Arimidex during the cycle? If so, what kind of dosage should I take and how often?

Yes you can. Most people will use arimidex(0.25mg to 0.50mg/ED) or letro(0.25mg/ED) and some use nolva.

why do you use smaller dosage at the begining and the end?i would go with 500 all the way

I just thought I would taper it a little. I dont want to get too big cause I have a weight limit for my job. Dont ask
