PCT never done it!!!

I know i'm stupid but i never done enough research B4 taking steroids! Over the last year or so in order at 1st i've taken (1) Winstrol and Trenbolone for about 2 months. (2)Then Winstrol and Ganabol for 2 moths and then added sus for 6 weeks or so! I haven't taken anything for about 3 months now! I have had my Test levels tested twice with the first time coming back at 12 then second coming back at 14 (They rate ur test level betweeen 1 and 30!!!)

My sex drive Is OK but could be better but i find it very very hard to get an errection sometime imposible!!! As anybody had this problem B4 and can you help me If there is anything I could take or should I just go back on Test 250???

Well bro a little more than 3 months ago I had never heard of pct myself. I didnt really know what REAL steroids were called, I knew about dbol and winny but that was about it. Most people who dont know think that there is a steroid called steroids. Its funny what most people dont know. I have talked to several previous steroid users and they never mentioned pct and some couldnt even tell you the proper name of what they were injecting. I know so much more now than I did 3 months ago and I am glad I stumbled upon this forum because I have gotten a lot of good sound advice. I know I did not take heed to all the good advice at first but at least I know what pct is and what to take "even though my pct for this cycle was a little weak". Well good luck bro. Hopefully your test levels are not forever screwed. Perhaps try running a few pct products and maybe it could helpo your hormones get back in check, maybe I am wrong. I am sure some one else with more knowledge than me will chime in soon.

run a full pct ASAP. i would start arimadex or nolva immedietly though. that stuff os easy to get.well, basically everything is except hcg.

There are standard protocols for PCT, but nothing is written in stone IMO. I run my PCT different than the standard PCT protocol you will see on the board.

I say find out what works best for you based on the cycle length and the compounds you are using. There is a median somewhere, but to each there own.

PCT is such an important thing if you dont already know that. I am a newbie too and it can be intimidating, but ask questions and understand before you inject. Become a lot more familiar with nolva and a proper PCT cycle and learn about it asap.

Having all your anties for PCT is a must before you start a cycle. I see quite a few guy's at the gym who have mild cases of gyno because they had no clue what anties are.
