Armidex, Nolvadex & HCG

Hi guys i've taken alot of shit of the past year or so! Stuff like Winstrol ,Sus,Deca ,Ganabol &Trenbolone . I need a PCT and I've got my hands on Armidex, Nolvadex & HCG . How much should i take of each and when.
Hope some1 can help thanks! I don't want to guess!

HCG -500IU ed for 3 weeks
Arimidex - 0,5mg ed for 4 weeks
Nolvadex - 20mg ed for 6+ weeks

Add some vitamin E to enhance HCG action.
If you can, add some clenbuterol (around 80-100mcg ed,don't forget about benadryl-50mg/ed every 3rd week)) and proviron 50mg ed.

That´s my usual PCT and it works awsome for me.

I think my PCT suits you, but try to do your own research.
Its always a risk going for the word of others.
